Case study · legal services · UAE · May to November 2025

How a UAE law firm tripled the clicks from people who had never heard of it.

Being findable by your existing clients is not marketing. It is a phone book. Here is how six months of search work turned a firm at position 26 into a firm on page one, measured in its own Search Console.

The short answer

99creatix is a web design and growth agency serving the UK, EU, USA, Canada and UAE. For a law firm in the UAE, we rebuilt the site's search foundation and published content aimed at the questions people ask before they hire a lawyer. Between May and November 2025, clicks from searchers who did not know the firm's name rose 3.4 times and average position moved from 26 to 9.

SEO and AI search starts at $1,350 a month. Every price is published in full.

01 · The problem

Findable, but only
if you already knew them.

In May 2025 the firm's average position across everything it ranked for was 26. That is page three. Almost nobody goes to page three, and nobody at all goes there to choose a lawyer.

The traffic it did get was mostly people typing the firm's name. Fewer than 200 clicks a month came from searches that did not include it. That is not a marketing channel, it is a phone book: useful for people who already know you, worth nothing for growth.

Legal is also a category where the buyer researches before they ever contact anyone. Someone with a problem types the problem, not a firm name, and reads three or four answers before they pick up the phone. If you are not in those answers, you are not in the running, and you never find out you were excluded.

02 · What we did

Three moves,
over six months.

Search work in a regulated category is not about volume. It is about being the clearest answer to a question somebody is nervous about asking, and being technically legible enough that Google can tell you answered it.

Months 1 – 2

Make the site legible

Technical foundation first: crawl and indexation problems cleared, structure and internal linking rebuilt so each practice area reads as its own subject rather than as one undifferentiated firm. Nothing ranks until a search engine can tell what a page is about.

Months 2 – 5

Answer the questions people actually ask

Content built around what someone types when they have a legal problem and no lawyer yet, question by question, in plain language. Not firm news, not legal updates for other lawyers. The impressions figure below is what that content being indexed looks like.

Months 4 – 6

Compound it

Rankings consolidated and internal links pointed at the pages that were starting to earn positions, so each new piece lifted the ones already there. This is the phase where the average position moved from the twenties into single figures.

How these numbers
were measured.

Every figure comes from the firm’s own Google Search Console and Google Analytics, read directly. Nothing here is modelled, sampled or produced by a tool we own.

The comparison is May 2025 against November 2025: two single months, six months apart, at either end of the work. Both are ordinary trading months rather than picked peaks.

The number we lead with is non-branded clicks, meaning searches that did not contain the firm’s name. It is a smaller number than total traffic and a much harder one to move, which is exactly why it is the honest one. Total clicks rose 57% over the same period, and we publish that too rather than only the flattering multiple.

One more note on what this does not say. Key event tracking was only configured on this property in 2026, so we cannot show you enquiries or signed clients for this period, and we are not going to imply them. What we can show is search demand arriving at the firm from people who did not previously know it existed.

Questions people ask about this one

Before you ask us.

What does non-branded search traffic mean, and why does it matter?

Non-branded searches are the ones that do not contain your business name. They come from people who do not know you yet, which makes them the only search traffic that can actually grow a firm. Branded searches mostly measure your existing reputation.

How long did it take to reach page one?

Average position moved from 26 to 9 across six months, from May to November 2025. Most of the movement came in months three to five, once the content published earlier had been indexed and had started to earn links and rankings.

How were these numbers measured?

They are read directly from the firm's own Google Search Console and Google Analytics, comparing May 2025 with November 2025. They are not estimates and they are not from a tool 99creatix controls.

What does SEO for a law firm cost?

SEO and AI search starts at $1,350 a month on rolling 30-day terms with no setup fee, and it sits inside the Grow retainer at $2,400 a month alongside paid search and conversion work. Every price is published in full.
