Please do not attack the site, scrape it at scale, misuse the forms, or run other people's businesses through our free audit as a reselling trick. We may change, pause, or improve any part of the site at any time.
03The free tools
The AI visibility check runs in your browser and reads publicly available signals from the website you enter. It is provided as-is: a best-effort snapshot, not a certified assessment, and results can vary as the platforms it reads change. The free human audit is exactly that, free, and creates no obligation on either side.
04Services and pricing
The prices published on this site are real and current at the time you read them, and we may revise them for future clients. Every engagement is governed by a written agreement signed before work begins, which sets out scope, price, timeline, and the full terms of the 30-day launch guarantee. If anything on this website and your agreement ever differ, the agreement wins.
05Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to 99creatix. Work we produce for clients transfers to the client as set out in their agreement: on full payment, you own your site, design, content, and accounts entirely.
06Liability
This website and its free tools are provided as-is, without warranties. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability within client engagements is addressed in the written agreement.
07Governing law
For client engagements, the governing law and forum are named in the written agreement. For use of this website, these terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by the law of your place of residence.
08Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new date at the top.
