The short answer

99creatix builds custom websites for small businesses across the UK, EU, USA, Canada and UAE. Each build covers UX research, UI design, development, copywriting for every page and analytics setup, and costs $4,900 as a one-time itemised price. The site goes live within 30 days or the build month is free, and the client owns the code, design, content and every account from day one.

Everything below explains what is included, how it runs, and what it costs. If you would rather skip to the numbers, the full price list is published in full here.

What is included

Six lines, one build.

A website is not one job, it is six that have to happen in order. Here is each one, what it means in plain words, and where it sits in the price.

UX research and wireframesIncluded

Who your buyers are, what they came for, and the shortest path between the two. Wireframes before pixels, so structure gets argued about while it is still cheap to change.

UI design, up to 8 pages$2,600 of the price

Designed from a blank page for your business. No templates with your logo dropped on top.

Development and CMS setup$1,450

Hand-built, fast, secure, and set up so your team can edit text and images without calling a developer.

Copywriting, every page$350

Every page written for you in plain selling language. You review it, we refine it.

Technical SEO foundation$500

Schema, speed, sitemaps and llms.txt shipped with the build, so Google and AI assistants can read the site from launch day.

Analytics and lead trackingIncluded

Wired to leads, not sessions, so the site can be judged on money from month one.

How it runs

Thirty days, in order.

The build runs to a published schedule with two review gates. Nothing new enters scope after the second one, which is what makes the date possible.

Days 01 – 03

Brief

Fixed scope, sitemap and copy outline agreed in writing. You know what you are getting before we design anything.

Days 04 – 22

Design and build

Full design, review gate at day 10, development, review gate at day 22. Nothing new enters scope after the second gate.

Days 23 – 30

Polish and launch

SEO, schema, speed, cross-device QA, your sign-off, then live, indexed and handed over.

Questions we get asked

Answered straight.

How much does a website cost for a small business?

Ours is $4,900 as a one-time price, itemised down to the line so you can see what each part costs. That covers up to 8 pages, design, build, copy, technical SEO and tracking. The full breakdown is on our pricing page.

How long does it take to build a website?

Thirty days, guaranteed in your contract. If we miss for reasons on our side, you do not pay for the build month. The full day-by-day process is published.

Do I own the website when it is finished?

Yes, all of it: code, design, content and every account, transferred on full payment. Nothing is held hostage if you ever leave.

Is UI/UX design included or extra?

Included. UX research, wireframes and UI design are part of the $4,900, not a separate line to be upsold later.

What platform do you build on?

WordPress in most cases, because it stays editable by your team without a developer. Shopify for stores, which is a separate service.

What if my site needs more than 8 pages?

We scope it against the same day rates that produced this price, in writing, before you commit. No surprise invoices.
