Live in 30 days.Or the build month is free.
That is the entire guarantee. It goes in your contract, and the day-by-day process is published below, because a deadline you cannot inspect is just marketing.
Five sentences.
That is the whole thing.
Not five pages. Five sentences, and every one of them is something you can hold us to.
- 01
We agree a fixed scope together on day 1. In writing.
- 02
Your site goes live on or before day 30.
- 03
You review at day 10 and day 22. We need your feedback within 2 business days at each gate.
- 04
If launch slips for reasons on our side, you do not pay for the build month.
- 05
If it slips because content or approvals did not arrive, the clock pauses and restarts the moment they do.
No asterisks beyond these five lines.
Thirty days,
in the open.
Most agencies will not show you this, because most agencies are not following one. Here is every phase, what comes out of it, and the two days we need something back from you.
Brief & blueprint
Fixed scope, sitemap and copy outline agreed together. You know exactly what you are getting, and what you are not, before we design a single pixel. This is the day the deadline becomes real for both of us.
Design
Every page designed, desktop and mobile, in your brand. Nothing gets built until you have seen how it will look and said yes.
You review the design and send your notes within two business days. This is the gate that protects your date, so we hold it firmly and we tell you in advance.
Build
Development, content in place, mobile first. Speed, accessibility and tracking are handled as we go rather than bolted on at the end, because that is how deadlines survive.
You click through the working site on your own devices and send your notes. Same two business days. After this gate the scope is closed, so nothing new arrives to threaten day 30.
Polish
Technical SEO, schema, llms.txt, speed passes and cross-device QA. The unglamorous week that decides whether the site is found, and whether it still works on a five-year-old phone.
Launch
Site live, indexed, analytics wired, handover call done. You own all of it: code, design, content and every account. Nothing is held hostage, ever.
You do not pay for the build month. No negotiation, no invoice games, no "well, technically." It is written in the contract you signed on day 1.
The clock pauses on the days we are blocked and restarts the moment the content or approval arrives. You never lose the guarantee over one slow week. The finish line just moves by the same number of days.
Why we can promise this and a 200-person agency cannot.
At a big agency your project is one of eighty, moving whenever somebody is free that week. Nobody there can honestly commit to your date, so nobody does. You get a range, then an apology.
We are built the other way round: a small senior team, a scope written down before anyone starts, and a capped number of builds running at once. The guarantee is not bravado. It is what our size makes possible and their size makes impossible.
It also costs us something when we miss, which is exactly the point. A promise with no price attached is just a sentence.
Then the other
sixty-nine days.
Launching is phase one, not the finish. The 99-Day Growth Sprint carries the site from live to compounding: search and paid campaigns switched on from day 31, your first revenue dashboard at day 45, and by day 99 the channels that paid off getting more budget while the ones that did not are cut, in writing, in front of you.
See what days 31 to 99 cost →Your website has
taken long enough.
Fixed scope, a published price, and a date in your contract. If thirty days sounds impossible, that is exactly the reason to ask us about it.
